Target groups For anyone who feels vulnerable out and about in public and needs a temporary safe refuge. This can range from a victim of any crime or incident, to someone with learning disabilities or autism. Anyone can feel vulnerable in public for a variety of reasons, and everyone has the right to feel safe.
